Search out advocates, creators, and change-makers from throughout the #ActuallyAutistic neighborhood, particularly those that are BIPOC and Nonspeakers.
Examine your personal neuro-privilege. Stock your self for ableist attitudes.
When Autistic voices say: that is dangerous to us, pay attention, study, change.
When Autistic voices say: that is what we have to thrive, pay attention and accomodate.
I would like us to maneuver past “autism consciousness” and “autism acceptance”. I would like us ~ in tandem with allied allistics ~ to domesticate Autistic affirmation, inclusion, empowerment, and accomodation.
